Integris Gateway

Your systems stay where they are

Integris Gateway sits across the systems your teams already use and turns them into one view of resources, sales, recurring work and the numbers underneath. No migration, no replacement, read-only access by default.

Where the day actually goes

The data exists. It just lives in seven systems, and nobody has the time to collect it by hand every week.

The answer takes longer than the question

Who is free next week, what is project A really costing, how many quotes are open: each of those means three exports and a spreadsheet nobody maintains.

Every site counts differently

Two countries, two sets of books, two ways to record an hour. The numbers are right on their own and contradict each other together.

Recurring work eats the good work

Monthly reports, approvals, handovers, typing data from one system into the next. It works as long as the person who does it is there.

From your systems to one shared view

On the left the systems already running. In the middle the access, read-only by default. On the right what your team works with afterwards.

Your existing systems

  • ERP & finance
  • CRM & sales
  • HR & payroll
  • Documents
  • Project tools
  • Mail & chat
  • Time tracking

Also: internal databases, shared drives, spreadsheets and the custom tools your teams already rely on.

Your data stays yours

GDPR and Swiss revDSG compliant · hosted in Switzerland or the EU · no training on your data

Read-only by default

you choose every source · full audit trail · revocable at any time

If a system is missing from this list, that does not mean it cannot be done. It means we look at it before we promise anything.

How it works

  1. Connect

You approve each source on its own. Access is read-only by default and revocable at any time.

    • Access runs through your own accounts and permissions, not through one shared login.
    • Every read is logged and can be traced afterwards.
    • Writing happens only where you switch it on.
  2. Understand

Utilisation, assignments, cost, open enquiries and due dates arrive in one view, without anyone assembling them.

    • Terms are reconciled once: an hour, a project and a client mean the same thing everywhere.
    • Contradictions between systems are surfaced rather than quietly overwritten.
    • The view shows where each number came from, so it stays checkable.
  3. Automate

Recurring reports, approvals, handovers and data entry run on their own. Decisions and anything that gets sent stay with your team.

    • Reports are built on schedule and reach the people who need them.
    • Quotes and replies are drafted, not sent. A person approves.
    • What was read once is written everywhere it belongs.

What your team gets

Four areas where the difference shows on the same day the first source is connected.

Resources & outsourcing

One view across sites, contracts and assignments instead of one spreadsheet per site.

  • Utilisation by team and week
  • Skills and next availability
  • Project cost against budget

Sales support

Enquiries are qualified, quotes drafted from your own history, follow-ups routed to the person who owns them.

  • Open enquiries with age and owner
  • Quote drafts from comparable jobs
  • Follow-up before anyone notices it is late

Process automation

The work that looks the same every week looks the same every week, and does itself.

  • Recurring reports, delivered on schedule
  • Approvals and handovers with a trail
  • Data entry: read once, written everywhere

Finance & KPIs

The numbers you steer by, from the systems where they are created, reconciled daily.

  • Contribution by client and project
  • Rolling 13-week view of cash flow
  • Open items with due dates and ageing

Your data stays yours

This is the first question in every conversation, so the answer belongs here rather than in the small print.

Read-only by default

Every source is approved on its own, every access logged, every approval revocable at any time. Writing happens only where you switch it on.

Hosted in Switzerland or the EU

You decide where processing happens. Processing follows the GDPR and the revised Swiss Data Protection Act.

No training on your data

Your content is not used to train models, by us or by anyone else.

Traceable rather than opaque

Every number leads back to its source and every automatic step leaves a trail. Anything that cannot be checked does not belong in a decision.

What Integris Gateway is not

So the expectation is right before the project starts.

  • Not a replacement for your ERP, CRM or time tracking. Those systems stay where they are and keep their job.
  • Not software you install alone and leave to itself. It is set up around your way of working and supported afterwards.
  • Not a system that makes decisions or sends anything in your name. It prepares; a person approves.
  • Not a one-week project. The first source connects quickly; a picture you can rely on across several systems takes longer.

Common questions

Do we have to replace our systems?
No. Integris Gateway reads from the systems you use today. If you change one later, the source is swapped, not the way you work.
How long before we see something?
The first source is usually connected within days and gives a view immediately. The more systems come together, the longer reconciling the terms takes, because that is exactly where the contradictions sit.
What if a system has no interface?
Then we look at an export, the database or a file store as the source. Where none of those holds, we say so rather than building a detour nobody will maintain.
Who can see which data?
The permissions in your existing systems still apply. Someone who cannot see the books today cannot see them in the shared view either.
What does it cost?
That depends on the number of sources and how far apart the terms are. We name a figure after we have seen your systems, not before.
